Insel USA Drilling Cutting Tapping Oil is a low viscosity lubricant formulated with active sulfur containing sulfurized ester and high pressure additives that can be used in industrial cutting and cold forming processes. It reduces friction in all metals, reduces friction-related heat, and provides protection against corrosion and oxidation. It provides excellent cutting performance especially in hard steels. It extends the life of guides and drills thanks to its high lubricant capacity. Areas of Use: Suitable for use in all metals except for processing yellow and copper metals. Prevents reaming, can also be used in gear cutting, drilling and broaching processes.
